Changes to fees on 17-April-2024

On 17-April-2024 we will be making some changes to our pricing.

We understand that price increases are not ideal, and we have delayed it as long as possible, but we need to keep up with rising costs. The main factors contributing to our need to increase prices are inflation of products and services that we buy, and the continuing high cost of utilities which we expected to come back down. We need to provide patients with a warm and comfortable environment for their treatments and, to do this, we need to adjust our prices accordingly.

As of 17-April-2024 our fee structure will change to:

  • In clinic Osteopathic consultation and treatment £78 (from £72)

  • Follow up treatments £54 (from £50)

  • Online osteopathic consultation/ treatment £33 (from £30)

  • Missed appointments and late cancellations £38 (from £35)

This calculator shows how our fees are in line with inflation. In 2008, the cost of a treatment was £35.

Online videolink appointments available now

The purpose of the teleappointment system is to triage patients. This means that we will do one of the following:

  • offer some online treatment in the form of advice, exercise prescription and self-management,

  • offer a face to face appointment to either aid further diagnosis or provide osteopathic treatment to urgent patients with severe pain,

  • refer you onwards to your GP/walk in clinic/A&E.
