Ms Rebecca Thorby

BSc (Ost. Med.), DO, DN
Registered Osteopath & Medical Acupuncturist

 

Rebecca graduated with a first class honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine and two prizes from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004.  She gained varied expertise through work in several osteopathic clinics and a sports clinic in Loughborough.
 
Rebecca founded the clinic in 2008 and, after a career break for two children, is enjoying her return to the clinic.  Rebecca also Chairs the Norfolk Osteopaths Regional Society, and is currently striving for osetopathy to be made available for NHS funded patients in Norfolk.  

Rebecca also holds a degree in Biochemistry, and worked in biomedical sciences before pursuing her osteopathic career.

Rebecca's special interests are Chronic Conditions and Headaches

Ms Zuzana Tillner 

MSc (Ost. Med.), DO, DN
Registered Osteopath & Medical Acupuncturist

 

Zuzana trained at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, and graduated in 2011 with an MSc Osteopathic Medicine. She has gained experience through work in Brundall and Halesworth.

Zuzana is also a skydiving instructor and has developed programs to reduce low back pain in tandem skydivers.  

She also holds a BSc Physics and worked as an analyst before pursuing her osteopathic career.  

Zuzana's special interests are visceral osteopathy and nutrition.  Visceral Osteopathy treats the body's organs.  She particularly enjoys treating digestive problems and women's health.

Mr Samuel Lidgley 

MSc (Ost. Med.), DO, DN
Registered Osteopath & Medical Acupuncturist

Sam has gained a wide variety of experience in both private and NHS clinics.  He has worked in West Norfolk providing Osteopathy to a wide range of NHS patients.  He was NHS Development Manager within a NHS Community Physiotherapy team.  He continues to provide Equine Osteopathy to top-class competing Polo and Racing horses.  

He provided Soft Tissue Therapy to athletes at the London Olympics in 2012.   He worked at Southwark Lancers Rugby Club, and is currently Osteopath at Holt Rugby Club.  

Sam's special interests are sports injuries.  He particularly enjoys treating rugby and football injuries, and imbalances in horse riders.

Ms Becca Horner

BSc (Hons) Podiatry
Registered Podiatrist

Becca qualified as a Podiatrist in 2009, having studied at The University of Northampton.

Becca brings a wealth of experience to the clinic with over 7 years experience of working in the NHS.  This includes 2 years experience of working in Community Podiatry managing foot problems in patients with diabetes and other systemic diseases.  It also includes 4 years experience as a Specialist Podiatrist where she was able to give injection therapy and x-Ray guided steroid injections. Becca now works in the NHS at the Suffolk Foot Surgery Centre carrying out a similar role.

Becca is a true generalist and enjoys seeing a wide range of foot related problems and patients.  She is able to provide nail care, callous and corn debridement, nail surgery, verruca removal, and biomechanical assessment. Rebecca prides herself on offering a high level of care to each patient.
